Dr. Joseph Catalino has built a career at the intersection of healthcare administration, national security, and organizational management. His background includes extensive experience guiding large teams, managing billion-dollar budgets, and directing programs with global impact. Known for his ability to navigate complex challenges, he has worked across government, private sector, and military environments to deliver measurable outcomes.

During his service with the U.S. Department of Defense, Catalino represented the Department on the White House COVID-19 Task Force and was appointed to close the Pentagon’s Task Force for Business and Stability Operations (TFBSO). Both roles demanded careful coordination with senior leaders, interagency partners, and Congress, requiring a steady balance of technical insight, fiscal responsibility, and diplomacy.
