Dr. Joseph Catalino brings more than two decades of experience guiding complex organizations in healthcare, national security, and business operations. His record includes serving as the U.S. Department of Defense representative on the White House COVID-19 Task Force and leading the closure of the Pentagon’s Task Force for Business and Stability Operations (TFBSO), ensuring projects were completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
